The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, managing cleaning staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities across multiple locations. know about Drain Jetting & Staff Training Create and manage staff schedules, including shift assignments and rotation Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Address client concerns and maintain positive client relationships Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleaning protocols Handle employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts Prepare and submit performance reports to management

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience. Previous supervisory experience (2+ years in Deep cleaning & Water Tank Cleaning) Understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment

Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Time management and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to demonstrate cleaning techniques and assist when needed Detail-oriented with strong quality control focus

Working Conditions

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and various work environments Travel between multiple locations may be required Some evening and weekend availability necessary
