Position: Cleaning Manager

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all cleaning operations within the assigned facility or sites. This includes supervising cleaning staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies, and liaising with clients or internal stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff across various sites or areas.

Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure staff follow established procedures and standards.

Monitor and inspect cleaning outcomes to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Train, motivate, and evaluate team members; handle disciplinary actions as needed.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary.

Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and serviced regularly.

Respond promptly to client complaints or service issues and resolve them effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Prepare reports on cleaning performance, staffing, and incidents for management review.

Collaborate with other departments or contractors when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cleaning Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health/safety regulations.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage a team, handle stress, and meet deadlines.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.

Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, reporting).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Cleaning Manager/Supervisor role: 10 years (Required)
