About the role, The Cleaning Coordinator with Driving License is responsible for managing and supervising a team of cleaning staff. The Cleaning Coordinator ensures that buildings and facilities are kept clean and hygienic, while also ensuring that the cleaning staff and equipment are transported to different locations in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules for different areas of the building or facility to ensure cleaning staff arrive at the right place at the right time.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport cleaning staff, equipment, and supplies to different locations.
  • Train and orient new cleaning staff, providing them with instructions on cleaning procedures, safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with other departments or stakeholders to ensure that cleaning and transportation activities do not interfere with other operations.
  • Monitor and report any issues or problems related to cleaning services or transportation, such as equipment malfunctions or staff shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of cleaning activities, including the use of cleaning supplies and equipments.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning and transportation standards are being met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that cleaning staff comply with health and safety regulations and other workplace policies, and that they are trained on safe driving practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in facilities management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management and 1 year of experience in transportation logistics.
  • Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques, as well as knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
