Cleaning Company Sales Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a super sharp candidate with previous experience in a cleaning company in the UAE. You must be commercially minded and have excellent English. Responsibilities are:
- making direct client cleaning bookings along with third party portal bookings
- dispatching cleaners\' schedules to the assigned drivers
- coordinating between drivers, cleaners and clients
- data entry, reconciling expenses and maintaining the books
- tracking operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins
- forecasting
- analyzing and maintaining operational data
- monitoring product inventories
- bringing in cleaning contracts
- following up on any sales quotations made for clients and negotiating terms
- previous office experience in a cleaning company in the UAE
- Excellent English
- Excellent financial accounting skills
- Excellent Excel and CRM knowledge
- Bachelor degree
- Diploma (Required)
