Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated professional who combines strong technical knowledge in cleaning chemical formulation with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This hybrid role will involve developing cleaning solutions and supporting customers through technical advice, demonstrations, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate, test, and improve cleaning chemicals for various industrial and commercial applications. Provide technical support to the sales team and directly to customers regarding product performance and application. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and solution packages. Collaborate with the R&D team to tailor products to customer needs. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., EPA, REACH). Gather market intelligence and provide feedback for product and business development. Travel to client sites as needed to support sales and technical service activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. 3+ years of experience in chemical formulation and/or industrial cleaning solutions. Proven sales experience or strong client-facing skills in a technical environment. Knowledge of surfactants, solvents, detergents, and specialty cleaning chemicals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. [Optional: Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or ISO standards is a plus.]
