The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in water tank cleaning services, knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations, and strong leadership skills to manage on-site cleaning teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the water tank cleaning team at multiple sites.
Plan and schedule cleaning tasks based on client requirements and company priorities.
Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of water tanks according to health and municipality guidelines.
Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Train and guide cleaning workers on safety procedures, proper techniques, and job responsibilities.
Maintain accurate reports of completed jobs, labor hours, chemical usage, and incident reports.
Coordinate with clients and management for work updates, approvals, and feedback.
Ensure team members wear proper PPE and follow safety protocols during operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in water tank cleaning, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role (GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of water tank cleaning procedures, disinfection techniques, and local municipality standards.
Ability to read and understand work orders, risk assessments, and safety data sheets.
Experience in handling confined space entry procedures and related safety regulations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts as needed.
Basic spoken English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Valid GCC driving license (preferred).
