Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, storage rooms, and staff areas.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using manual or machine methods.
Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
Ensure floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces are cleaned regularly.
Support kitchen and service staff during operations when required.
Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards, including HACCP guidelines.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment.
Assist in receiving and storing supplies following cleanliness standards.
