Looking for a Male professional Cleaner for holiday homes apartment's clean

Nepalese or Asian National

Must be experienced, Hardworking, and have flexible job timings.

Decent Salary + Free Accomodation + Transport.

Candidate Must have their own Visa.

Key Duties

Cleaning

: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areas.

Linen and Bedding

: Making beds with fresh linens for new guests.

Restocking Supplies

: Ensuring that cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essentials are adequately stocked for guests. This may involve purchasing supplies as needed.

Inspecting for Damage

: Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly. This could include broken appliances, plumbing issues, or damage to furnishings.

Maintaining Standards

: Following company guidelines and standards for cleanliness to ensure that the holiday home meets or exceeds guest expectations.

Guest Interaction

: Providing friendly and professional service to guests if encountered during cleaning duties, and responding promptly to any guest requests or concerns.

Security

: Ensuring that the property is secure when leaving and reporting any security concerns to management.

Flexibility

: Being flexible with scheduling and willing to work during peak times, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Teamwork

: Collaborating with other staff members, such as maintenance personnel and property managers, to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
