Job Description

The Cleaner / Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for clients, guests, or employees. This includes performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure facilities are kept in excellent condition and meet hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, dust, mop, vacuum, and sweep floors in all assigned areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Change bed linens and make beds (if applicable). Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Replenish towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow all company policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene. Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently. Ensure rooms and areas meet quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness. Good communication and time-management skills. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods). Reliability and a positive attitude. Male candidates are preferable.
