Key Responsibilities

:

Perform detailed cleaning of newly fitted-out interior spaces (offices, retail stores, etc.) Clean and polish surfaces such as floors, walls, glass, windows, fixtures, and furniture Remove construction dust, debris, paint splatters, and adhesives from all surfaces Clean internal glass partitions, doors, and mirror surfaces without leaving streaks Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and ensure all surfaces are free of dust Sanitize washrooms, kitchens, and pantry areas thoroughly Dispose of waste and leftover materials safely and in accordance with site regulations Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively Follow site health & safety regulations at all times Report any damage or defects noticed during cleaning to the supervisor Assist with final cleaning inspections and touch-up cleaning before handover Experience in deep cleaning for handover or snagging stages Proven experience in post-construction or fit-out cleaning is preferred Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good attention to detail Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures Flexible to work on different sites and shifts, including weekends if required
