Job Summary:

The Facilities Team Member (Cleaner) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of Ikigai Studio's facilities at all times. This includes all studio areas, reception, changing rooms, showers, equipment, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a premium, spa-like client experience that aligns with the Ikigai brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the studio, including reception, studio rooms, changing rooms, washrooms, and back-of-house. Ensure all towels, mats, and studio equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and properly arranged before and after classes. Refill supplies such as toiletries, skincare, water, and towels throughout the day. Follow the studio's daily cleaning schedule and checklist with precision and attention to detail. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or stock shortages immediately to the Studio Manager. Handle cleaning products responsibly and maintain the correct storage of all chemicals and materials. Support in setting up the studio for classes, events, and private sessions as required. Maintain personal hygiene and professional grooming standards at all times while on duty. Uphold Ikigai's luxury image by ensuring every area reflects a calm, organized, and premium environment. Prepare F&B accordingly to the studio setup

Requirements:

Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance, preferably in a wellness, spa, or hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required. Basic communication skills in English.

Annual leave, medical insurance, and other benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law. 6 working days per week.
