Cleaner Team Leader
We are hiring a Cleaner Team Leader to supervise the housekeeping team, assign cleaners to properties, ensure cleaning standards, and coordinate daily cleaning schedules for short-term rental units.
Key Responsibilities
Plan daily cleaning schedule
Assign cleaners to units
Supervise quality & performance
Communicate with QC and Operations Manager
Follow checklists and maintain standards
Support with staff training
Requirements
Experience supervising cleaners
Strong communication & leadership
Organized and reliable
Basic English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
