Perform daily cleaning of buildings, common areas, and facilities.
Assist technicians with basic support tasks as required.
Collect and dispose of garbage in designated areas.
Carry out deep cleaning of empty flats before handover.
Handle loading and unloading of store materials and supplies.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and schedules.
