Perform all daily cleaning tasks in residential buildings, offices, and common areas owned by the company.
Clean and sanitize floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Empty trash bins and manage waste properly.
Clean windows, doors, and mirrors.
Handle various cleaning materials and equipment safely and effectively.
Report any observed malfunctions or maintenance needs during work.
Adhere to specified cleanliness, health, and safety standards set by the company.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of
1 year of practical experience
in cleaning.
Ability to use various cleaning equipment and tools.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Punctual and diligent in work.
Honest, reliable, and well-mannered.
Good physical health to perform cleaning duties.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
