Property Maintenance - NASCOAbout the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable
Cleaner
to join our Property Maintenance Department. The role may involve assisting inresidential window cleaning
or working as ahelper for elevator installations
, depending on project requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties at residential and commercial properties. Assist technicians and installers during elevator installations. Ensure tools and materials are properly handled and stored. Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times. Support the team with additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
Physically fit and willing to work at heights when required. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
