to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning of corridors, lobbies, staircases, and common areas
Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors
Waste collection and disposal
Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms and pantry areas
Window and glass cleaning
Assist in moving furniture and basic maintenance tasks
Report any repairs, damages, or safety concerns
Follow company safety and cleaning procedures
Requirements:
Male candidates preferred
Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Physically fit and able to perform manual work
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Positive attitude and good work ethics
Can join immediately (Visit/Canceled visa preferred)
