Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping down surfaces & litter picking.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, common areas & utility rooms.
Empty trash bins and replace liners, ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
Clean and maintain floor surfaces using appropriate tools, including sweepers, mops, and buffing machines.
Replenish consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in designated areas.
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the Facilities Supervisor/Manager.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are used correctly and safely stored.
Assist in deep cleaning tasks and periodic cleaning projects (e.g., window washing, carpet cleaning).
Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet the quality standards set by the company and facility management.
Respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners).
Good physical stamina to carry out cleaning duties.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
