Clean bakery floors, work areas, and hallways regularly throughout the day.
Sanitize surfaces, tables, and equipment according to hygiene and food safety standards.
Remove daily waste and dispose of it in designated areas.
Clean staff restrooms and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
Organize storage and preparation areas and ensure they are free of obstacles.
Assist in cleaning ovens and external equipment after use (as instructed).
Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor.
Follow all safety guidelines and handle cleaning materials properly.
Work closely with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Physical ability to stand and work for long periods.
Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred
