The ideal candidate will ensure all workstations, equipment, and dining areas are spotless, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, storage, preparation, and dining areas.
Clean floors, walls, and equipment following proper sanitation procedures.
Wash and sanitize utensils, trays, and kitchen tools.
Handle waste disposal responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
Support the kitchen team by maintaining hygienic work conditions.
Refill cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow hygiene and HACCP guidelines strictly.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Cleaner or Steward in a
restaurant, catering, or central kitchen
preferred.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.
Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
