We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists provided by management.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Carry out deep cleaning tasks when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling (training can be provided).
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
