Job Description
Looking for an experienced Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of its office spaces. We seek an individual with great attention to detail and an eagerness to ensure that IIQAF is always shining. This position involves working independently with minimal supervision and requires great organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
Responsibilities

- Clean all areas of the office, including reception area, conference rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other common areas
- Dust and polish all furniture, fixtures, and wall decorations
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff all floors in all rooms
- Clean windows, walls, and ceilings
- Empty all trash cans, recycle bins, and collect all rubbish for trash pickup
- Wash and sanitize all fixtures, counters, and appliances
- Clean all glass door and windows
- Mix cleaning agents and solutions according to instructions
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor or the manager
- Adhere to all safety and security requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Proven work experience as a Cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and methods
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexible schedule
