Cleaning Responsibilities
Floor and Common Area Maintenance:
Sweep, mop, and clean all mall floors, including building premises.
Facility Cleanliness:
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in washrooms, entrances, and parking areas.
Waste Management:
Dispose of garbage regularly.
Supplies and Hygiene:
Refill cleaning materials and ensure consistent hygiene standards across the building and its premises.
Security Responsibilities
Surveillance and Monitoring:
General and physical observation of entire mall and common areas and report any maintenance required for the mall to the management.
Patrolling Duties:
Conduct routine patrols throughout the mall and parking areas.
Incident Reporting:
Observe and report suspicious activities, unauthorised parking, theft, property damage, or safety concerns.
Customer and Tenant Assistance:
Provide support to customers and tenants as and when required.
Safety Assurance:
Ensure the safety and security of all mall property, tenants, and customers at all times.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
