Job Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties:
Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas including floors, toilets, pantry, entrance, and common areas. Collect and dispose of waste properly. Maintain hygiene standards and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked. Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to supervisor.
Security Duties:
Monitor and control access to the premises (visitors, delivery personnel, vehicles). Conduct routine patrols and ensure the safety of people and property. Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or hazards promptly. Assist employees and guests with directions or inquiries. Ensure all security protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning and/or security roles preferred. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and patrol duties. Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy. English communication skills.
