Key Responsibilities

:

(Cleaner)

Perform deep cleaning of AC ducts, kitchen hoods, water tanks, grease traps, and other facility components Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for each specific task Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment before and after the job Ensure proper disposal of waste and chemicals as per safety protocols Follow site safety rules and wear appropriate PPE Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor Support the technician team when required

Requirements

:

Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemical handling Physically fit to perform labor-intensive tasks Willingness to work in confined or high locations (e.g., ductwork, tanks) Team player with attention to detail Prior experience in specialized cleaning is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cleaning machinery (e.g., duct vacuum systems, pressure washers, rotary brushes) Inspect systems (AC ducts, hoods, tanks, grease traps) before and after service Conduct minor repairs or troubleshooting during cleaning jobs Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and client standards Record job progress, complete service reports, and obtain client signatures Train and guide junior cleaners as needed

Requirements

:

Technical diploma or training in mechanical or facility services (preferred) 1-2 years experience in specialized cleaning or facility management services Good understanding of HVAC ducts, kitchen extraction systems, and sanitation procedures Ability to read job orders and safety instructions Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
