To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, ensuring a safe, pleasant, and sanitary environment for customers and staff at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, and service counters
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly
Clean restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, tissue, hand towels)
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required
Dispose of garbage and waste properly according to hygiene standards
Clean kitchen areas, including sinks, walls, and food preparation surfaces
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Assist with general cleaning duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cleaner in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic communication skills (English preferred)
Working Conditions:
Shift-based work, including weekends and public holidays
