Proficient in Customer service orientation skills.
General Cleaning Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors on lobbies.
Clean basement, roof, drain gutters, manholes, sump pits, stores, staircases and others requested by supervisors.
Perform seasonal cleaning tasks (window washing, deep cleaning as per schedule.
Clean mirrors, glass surfaces in elevators, lobby etc. to ensure clarity and shine.
Deep clean areas for Move in / Move out works. bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, kitchen sinks, cupboards, balcony, handrails etc.
Report on any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, plumbing problems).
Clean garbage rooms and empty garbage bins as per schedule .
Keep cleaning supplies organized and well-stocked.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions and as per safety standards.
Assist other tradesmen with operation requirements, storekeeper.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
