Job Summary:
We are currently hiring dedicated and reliable Cleaners for placement with a leading client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining cleanliness in offices, residential buildings, or commercial premises, and will take pride in keeping environments tidy, sanitary, and welcoming.
This is a full-time role for candidates looking for long-term employment through a reputable recruitment firm in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, dust, mop, and vacuum assigned areas (offices, buildings, restrooms, etc.)

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Wash windows, walls, and surfaces as required

• Replenish bathroom and kitchen supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors promptly

• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently

• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained at all times

• Comply with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)

• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Good hygiene and personal cleanliness

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Basic communication skills (English or any regional language such as Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog)

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or public holidays, if required

• Must be present in the UAE or able to join immediately

• Honest, punctual, and hardworking

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Prior Gulf experience is a plus

Working Conditions:

• 6-day work week

• May involve indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks

• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided

• Rotation or shift schedules may apply based on the client site
