Job Description
? Possesses finesse and personal flair ? Serve guests in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner. ? To maintain effective relations with the guest whether for dine-in, delivery, or take-away. ? Handling guest orders through calls, using standard talk lines.
Welcome, acknowledge/ greet, and seat the guests. ? Know the menu in and out, as well as out-of-stock items, before shift starts. ? Setting up of tables and preparation of mis-en-place.
Perform other related duties as may be directed by the immediate supervisor. ? Must demonstrate good moral fitness and ethical standards. ? Takes pride in serving the guests and service is in the blood ? Must possess knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. ? Highly skilled in taking orders and relaying to kitchen and bar staff ? Ability to act on own initiative and handle stress well ? Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards ? In-depth product knowledge of different kinds of food and beverages Requirements ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ? At least 2 years of working experience as a Waiter/Waitress ? Flexibility to work in shifts ? Food safety training would be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
