. As a Class Co-Teacher, you will play a critical role in supporting the lead teacher in creating an engaging, safe, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Job location : Madinaty.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning. Support students' individual learning needs, providing differentiated instruction and promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Help manage daily classroom activities, including transitions, routines, and behavior management, ensuring a safe Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to create a cohesive and effective learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Maintain classroom organization and assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with young children, particularly in a kindergarten or preschool setting. Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with students and families. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, fostering a love for learning among students. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
