- With Forklift Driving License.
- Can operate Clamp Forklift Machine
- Responsible for the loading of finished products based on the delivery note while keeping the materials in good condition.
- Counterchecking important details like customer name, work order number and the product itself before loading.
- Checks initially the condition of the packages before loading.
- Ensures that products to be loaded are free from dust, dirt, and boxes are not opened likewise pallets are not damaged and goods are in the right quantity.
- Ensures that loading, unloading and removal of goods from the transit area is to be received by FGS In-charge, FGS Assistant and QC staff only.
- Ensures that proper safety measures are considered during driving keeping own self and other personnel safe at all times.
- Ensures that forklift truck is in good condition and that it should subjected for inspection on daily basis or as instructed by the company.
- Report to the direct superior any detected problems to ensure that each trip would be accident-free and that safety protocol is not compromised.
- Ensures that forklift trucks are parked in the designated area every after each use.
- Ensures proper safety measures for own self other members of the work team by considering the utilization of Personal Protective Equipment like hard hat and the like.
- Comply with the Hygiene and Safety policies of the company and ensuring proper housekeeping and arrangement of materials
- Coordinate with other staff for physical stock verification of finished goods whenever required.
- Assist in arranging of finished goods as per the delivery schedule.
- Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities.
- Takes full responsibility on company guidelines relative to proper wearing of uniform, ID cards, shoes, proper grooming (long hair not allowed) and all other related internal policies of the company.
- Ensures that proper notification shall be given to immediate supervisors before the absent date.
- Ensures to cooperate in the event that overtime duty is required. Shall work on Sundays / Holidays if required
