Job Description

Role As H&B Claims Supervisor, you will work to manage and monitor client’s claims submissions and claims pre-approvals. You will be in day to day communication liaison with Consultants, Clients, Client Members, Insurers, and Third-Party Administrators.  Handling all the pre-approvals for the clients  Recording the full details for the clients’ approvals in spreadsheet.  Following up on the SLA for the clients’ mails.  Contacting the insurance company for following up on the clients’ approvals if exceeding the SLA  Contacting insurance companies and / or head of unit for getting major exceptions  Supervise the Claims Team.  Acts as a referral point and mentor for the team Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in medicine or Pharmacy is a must  6-8 years’ experience of insurance claims and pre-approvals handling  Excellent Communication Skills  Details Oriented  Team Player  Strong Leadership Skills WTW is an equal opportunity employer
