Responsibilities: 1. Manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately. 2. Investigate and assess claims to determine coverage and validity. 3. Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate claims resolution. 4. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to claims. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Proven experience in insurance claims processing, ideally within a brokerage or insurance company. 3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
