To manage and process vehicle warranty claims by ensuring accurate documentation, coordination with technicians and manufacturers, and timely submission and approval of claims in line with company and OEM warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all vehicle warranty claims raised by the service centre.
Review job cards, repair orders, and technician reports for warranty eligibility.
Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims through OEM or system portals.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and warranty controllers for required information.
Ensure labor hours, parts usage, and repair details comply with warranty guidelines.
Follow up on claim approvals, rejections, and resubmissions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warranty claims.
Resolve warranty-related queries from internal teams and manufacturers.
Support audits and ensure compliance with warranty policies and SOPs.
Prepare basic reports on warranty status, approvals, and rejections.

Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS)
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in warranty administration within a car service centre
Experience working with OEM warranty portals is an advantage
Knowledge of UAE automotive service operations preferred
