Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred). o Proven 1- 2 years' experience in medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle management. o Strong understanding of insurance claims submission, coding, and reimbursement procedures. o Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. o Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office suite. o Effective communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
