Attending important meetings with the insured and U/W team through analysing and finalizing their claims flow prior renewals, confirming minutes of the meeting in a professional and clear email for all attendees after the meeting is done.
Ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly & monitor progress of the claim.
Ensure the customer is treated fairly and that the customer received excellent service per industry and company guidelines.
Handle any complaints associate with the claims.
Responding to queries, clarifications raised by the reinsurers and Co-insurers.
