Job Description
The Motor Claims Handler is responsible for efficiently managing motor insurance claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution for clients. This role involves coordinating with policyholders, insurance companies, repair workshops, and other stakeholders to process claims accurately while maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. The primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, minimize claim processing time, and ensure fair claim settlements while protecting the interests of both the clients and the brokerage firm.
