Civil/survey Draughtsman
Job Description
Looking to fill a vacant position for any suitable candidate with expertise in Civil/Survey drafting and CAD to GIS Data Conversion. Must possess cartographic skills and have an ability to create Land Survey Drawings, alignment sheets and contouring.
Key Responsibilities CAD production for survey projects, e.g. topographic plan / profile alignments sheets, etc. CAD to GIS Data conversion. Process raw field data to project deliverables/drawings with ACAD Civil 3D. Data management, storage, filing, reporting. Quality assurance of survey data. Maintenance and archiving of GIS data.
Qualifications/Skills/ experience required Extensive experience required in AutoCAD and ArcMap. Experience in data processing for land and topographical surveys. Experience in data processing techniques, e.g. Leica LGO, CADD packages and familiarity with routines to transform between the two data sets. Oil and gas experience preferred Minimum 5 years related land surveying experience Very good English language.
