Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Monitor construction quality according to project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Ensure safety compliance on site at all times.
Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Provide guidance and training to site labor as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman in villas or residential building projects.
Strong knowledge of structural, civil, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
