Design structural systems for villas
Prepare and review structural drawings
Conduct site supervision and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in villa projects in Dubai.
Proficient in ETABS, Safe, SAP, Prokon, STAAD Pro etc.
UAE Driving License is a Must.
