A Contracting & Renovation Company based in Dubai is currently seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer who can join our dynamic team for Immediate Hiring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in structural calculations for contracting / fit-out / renovation projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience with authority approvals and submissions (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
Knowledge of international codes and standards relevant to structural design.
Site supervision and coordination experience is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Preparing and reviewing structural design / analysis models and calculations for renovation and fit-out projects.
Preparing and submitting structural drawings and authority approvals.
Reviewing contractor's material submittals and shop drawings.
Coordinating with design team, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
Attending site inspections and meetings with stakeholders as required.

Post Graduate: 2-3 years (Required).
License/Certification:
DM G+4 license Civil/Structural Engineer (Preferred / Advantage).
Driving License.
