Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Project Execution Engineer to manage and execute construction activities at the site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed as per design, on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution & Supervision
Manage day-to-day site work as per drawings and plans. Supervise subcontractors and site workers to ensure good progress and quality.
2. Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery. Review drawings, fix issues, and plan manpower and equipment use.
3. Quality & Documentation
Check ongoing work to ensure it meets quality and regulatory standards. Keep project records like reports, test results, and as-built drawings up to date.
4. Safety Management
Make sure safety rules are followed at the site and PPE is used. Report incidents and support safety audits and corrective steps.
Requirements:
Education:
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil EngineeringExperience:
Minimum 5 years (Own country) in residential/commercial site executionTechnical Skills
: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, drawing interpretationSoft Skills:
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communicationCertifications:
OSHA / NEBOSH (preferred)Language:
English or Arabic (required)Salary:
