Excel Group of Companies is in search of a seasoned Senior Architect / Civil Engineer/Structural with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Dubai municipality projects, well-versed in Dubai Municipality laws and regulations. As a crucial member of our consultancy team, you'll lead projects, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and successful outcomes. If you're adept at navigating regulations, providing expert advice, and driving project success, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Lead consultancy projects, ensuring adherence to client specs, budgets, and Dubai Municipality laws.
Advise clients on engineering solutions, feasibility studies, and compliance matters.
Collaborate with teams and authorities for seamless project execution.
Facilitate permit approvals and certifications, acting as a liaison between clients and authorities.
Prepare reports and presentations, showcasing project milestones and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in Dubai Municipality laws, codes, and permitting processes.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in project management software.
