Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare construction sites for installation, including leveling ground and ensuring proper drainage. Assist in laying foundations or anchoring systems (e.g., stakes, concrete blocks, ballast systems). Perform basic masonry or civil work such as trenching, concreting, and curb setting, if required. Support the setup including frames, flooring, and other components. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. Assist the logistics team in loading/unloading materials and transporting them to the site. Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards. Report any equipment or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ years of experience in civil or construction work (experience in tents industries is an advantage). Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Ability to read site plans or basic layout drawings is a plus. Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage. Team player with good communication skills. Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.

Work Conditions:

Outdoor fieldwork in varying weather conditions. Occasional long hours, weekends, or night shifts depending on project deadlines. Physically demanding tasks .

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

* Tents Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
