2. PURPOSE
Manage, conduct, co-ordinate the civil works design on behalf of CW project manager and in liaison with EM design coordinator, with respect to costs, risk management, project budget, documents tools/configuration, internal stakeholders, deadlines and quality and with the objective to deliver the civil works defined in the contract to the customers at least cost.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Civil engineering / architectural degree or equivalent.
7-10 years of experience in Civil Works, either on design side or in construction activities (Preferably in design side)
Prior Civil Works experience either in country of project or international.
Prior experience of HV substations civil aspect is a plus.
Computer literate (Excel, MS Project...)
Knowledge of CW interfaces between trades (Structural/architect., HVAC, Lighting, Fire Protection,...) in building works with value engineering knowledge.
Capacity to work in international context
Good oral/written communication skills in English, team leader ability
