The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suitable tenders, managing tender submissions, maintaining the tender pipeline, and ensuring the company's active presence across all relevant tender portals. The role requires strong knowledge of the UAE construction market, especially current pricing, suppliers, and subcontractor rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, review, and select appropriate civil construction tenders for participation.
Monitor and highlight projects across all major tender portals and platforms.
Prepare, manage, and update the tender pipeline on a regular basis.
Register, manage, and maintain the company's profile on various tender portals (government and private).
Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on current UAE market rates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain quotations and technical inputs.
Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant tenders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Tender Estimator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction market pricing and tendering procedures.
Hands-on experience with tender portals (government and private).
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and estimating tools/software.
Ability to analyze BOQs, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
