Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist inspection engineers in carrying out field inspections of civil and structural components, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, barriers, foundations, and road structures.
Perform visual condition assessments to identify cracks, defects, corrosion, or structural deterioration.
Support measurement and data collection during inspection activities, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
Assist in testing and monitoring of concrete, steel, and other materials as per project standards.
Maintain comprehensive daily inspection records, including photographs, site notes, and checklists.
Prepare and assist in compiling inspection reports and submit findings to the inspection engineer.
Ensure that all inspection work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site teams to facilitate inspection activities and follow up on corrective actions where deficiencies are observed.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or inspection of bridge or infrastructure projects (cast-in-place, precast, segmental, or steel bridges).
Familiarity with construction drawings, inspection procedures, and QA/QC documentation.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within inspection and construction teams.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel, and photo documentation).
Must be able to join immediately.
