Civil Technician (Mason / Carpenter / Painter)

The Job Opportunity
The Civil Technician will provide civil expertise within the maintenance team inclusive of but not limited to painting, carpentry and masonry.
Key accountabilities Assist in carrying out all level of civil related tasks. May be required to carry out all level of moves and changes, modifications on buildings and structures including partitioning, stitching, grouting, scaffolding, pressure pointing, re-casing and general structural repairs and finishes. Follow the appropriate project procedures and instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements; Maintain accurate records of buildings and structures work accomplished and other information using a computerized project management system;

Flexibility, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues.
Able to work under stringent deadlines and work in a high pressure environment.
Specific requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the maintenance of buildings and structures activities, such as general structural maintenance and repairs of buildings. Experience in but not limited to painting, carpentry and / or masonry works.
At least holder of High School Diploma. Vocational trade certificate or diploma in civil engineering discipline or equivalent.
