Job Description
We are currently hiring a
Civil Technical Field Labourer
to support our civil construction and maintenance projects. This role involves hands-on site work, assisting engineers and technicians in a wide range of tasks such as digging, plastering, block work, flooring, tiling, small structural modifications, painting, waterproofing, and more. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, reliable, and willing to work in a dynamic outdoor environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with civil construction and maintenance site tasks including: Digging and excavation Plastering and block work Flooring and tiling Minor construction modifications Painting and waterproofing Perform manual labor duties to support field engineers and technicians. Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment (e.g., compactors, jackhammers). Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment on-site. Conduct basic measurements and layout work under supervision. Set up and maintain traffic signage, barriers, and work zone safety measures. Clean and organize job sites, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Experience:
Civil work : 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
English , Hindi , Tamil or Malayalam (Preferred)
