Civil Technician
Job Description
Perform civil maintenance tasks including masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and minor concrete works.
Inspect buildings, apartments, and common areas for damages or defects and carry out necessary repairs.
Support in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per the company's maintenance schedules.
Respond promptly to tenant or client complaints and maintenance requests.
Assist in the renovation and fit-out works of residential and commercial properties.
Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies and local regulations.
Coordinate with other technicians (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) for integrated maintenance works.
Prepare basic reports on completed tasks, materials used, and work progress.
Support in maintaining an inventory of materials and request replenishment when required.
