Job Description
We are looking for a skilled candidate with 10 years of experience as Civil Technical Manager to lead engineering operations and ensure successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee technical teams, manage project execution, and ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical aspects of civil engineering projects Supervise design, planning, and execution stages Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications Review and approve technical drawings and plans Conduct quality control checks and site visits Mentor junior engineers and technicians Prepare reports, risk assessments, and project updates
